Our Tenant Representation and Corporate Services team represents occupiers, such as our corporate clients, in selecting and securing office space that satisfies the requirements. The agency team acts on behalf of our clients to negotiate the most favorable lease conditions possible through leveraging our knowledge on the market.

CBRE Croatia works very closely with the Central and Eastern European retail team based out of Austria. Every member of the retail team brings extensive retail industry experience having acted on behalf of many of the largest global retailers.
