CBRE advised Immofinanz AG on the sale of the Grand Center Office Building

CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), the leading regional real estate consulting company, successfully advised Immofinanz AG in the sale of the Grand Center Office Building located in Zagreb, Croatia. 

CBRE acted as the exclusive real estate advisor during the sales process of a 16.000 square meters office building in the heart of the Croatian capital. 
The Grand Center Zagreb is a prime office property in Zagreb’s strongest and most popular office submarket. The building was completed in 2006, it is BREEAM certificated and is fully rented.
