CBRE Appoints Martina Tomašević as Country Head Croatia

CBRE, the world's leading commercial real estate and investment services firm, has announced the appointment of Martina Tomašević to the position of Country Head Croatia, within its South Eastern Europe (SEE) operations, effective January 1, 2026. In her new role, Martina will be responsible for leading and developing CBRE's business in Croatia, including all of the company’s services and sectors.

Martina brings a wealth of experience and proven leadership to her new role. She joined CBRE in 2021 with the opening of CBRE SEE’s office in Zagreb and currently serves as Head of Leasing Office Services for Croatian market. With nearly a decade of expertise in the commercial real estate sector she has successfully advised and executed transactions for some of the world’s most prominent global brands, earning recognition for her deep market knowledge and client-focused approach. Her appointment follows a record-breaking year for CBRE SEE’s Zagreb office in 2024, which achieved unprecedented results and secured a leading position in the Croatian market.

Martina graduated from the University of Zagreb with a master's degree in Social Policy and is also a licensed real estate agent certified by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
