Agency of the Year - an award that combines the results of the Advisory and Transactions department regarding office, retail, industrial and logistics real estate, as well as investment properties.

Property Management Company of the Year – the best company in the field of property management;

With additional new mandates and expended cooperation with existing clients, our team extended its portfolio and is now managing almost 385.000 sqm in Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia including Retail, Office and Logistic with almost 600 tenants. We have maintained a leading position in SEE region when it comes to Advisory and Transaction Office department, and success in the industrial and logistics segment has been remarkable, setting new records. From the largest transaction by value for industrial land in Sofia last year to extremely significant results in Croatia. Capital Markets department achieved 75% market share excluding direct transactions during 2023, and our Building Consultancy department can boast of overseeing some of the most ambitious fit-out and built-to-suit projects in the SEE region,” emphasizes Tomašević.
