Jan Pečnik joins CBRE’s Leasing Office Services Team
CBRE SEE further enhances its Zagreb-based operations

CBRE has expanded its Zagreb-based Leasing Office Services team with the arrival of Jan Pečnik as Senior Consultant, further strengthening its operations within the Southeast Europe office (CBRE SEE).
Jan brings a strong background in sales and marketing, developed through his work with both domestic and international companies. Since 2022, he has been active in the real estate advisory sector, where he has delivered impressive results in overseeing major commercial lease transactions, as well as the leasing and sale of high‑end residential properties. He graduated from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. His professional approach is defined by a combination of analytical thinking and a strong focus on clients and finding optimal solutions.
